I have interests in evolution, molecular microbiology, immunology, immunotoxicology, and genomics. I am proficient in next-generation molecular assays (ONT and Illumina), experience with bioinformatics data analysis, and expertise in pipeline development utilizing Nextflow and Snakemake. Creative and resourceful problem solver, with the ability to adjust to changing circumstances and embrace new challenges. I am a registered veterinary technologist with hands-on experience in both clinical and research settings. I currently affiliated with Lark Genomics and have 5 years of experience in Bioinformatics.
